Tempered Glass

KSG Tempered Glass is a heat-treated glass which is several times stronger than ordinary annealed glass. It is manufactured by heating up the float glass to a high temperature, then blowing air onto its surface, cooling it down swiftly and uniformly.

Refshine Reflective Glass

KSG Refshine is made by using the coating process called "Sputtering Method". In this process, a high voltage is applied to a cathode in a vacuum chamber filled with gases like argon, etc. The electrical discharge causes the electrons and gas molecules to collide, thus releasing gas anions.

Laminated Glass

KSG Laminated Glass has almost the same strength as ordinary annealed glass of the same thickness. KSG Laminated Glass is a safety glazing material made by bonding layers of glass, using heat and pressure, with one or more interlayers of tough polyvinyl butyral film (PVB). The glass sheets may be of same or different thickness.

Heat Strengthened Glass

KSG Heat Strengthened Glass manufactured similarly to Tempered Glass, except the glass is cooling less rapidly.
Heat Strengthened Glass is twice as strong and possesses greater impact compared to ordinary glasses.
When broken, the pattern is similarly to ordinary glasses but the fragments lock together and remains in the frame.

Heat Soak Glass

Heat Soak Test (HST) was introduced to check for the presence of Nickle Sulfide in the Tempered Glass. The glass with Nickle Sulfide will break in the Heat Soak Oven.

Therefore, the chance of spontaneous breakage of the Tempered Glass after Heat Soak Test due to the pressure of Nickle Sulfide should be reduced to the minimum.

Double Glazing Units

Double Glazing Units (DGU) or Insulated Glass Units (IGU) consist of two or more pieces of glass separated by an airspace and an aluminium spacer around the edges, sealed to the perimeter in controlled conditions.
The spacer contains a desiccant (drying agent) which eliminates moisture vapour in the cavity.

CVD Low-E

CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition) Low-E is highly transmittance for visible light and neutral in colour "On-line Low-E" (Low Emissivity) glass. CVD Low-E glass having a durable pyrolytic surface, this CVD Low-E glass is easily fabricated to value-added secondary glass products such as insulating glass units (IGU), tempered glass and laminated glass.
